The NZ National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) has released Cyber security guidance for high-profile individuals. (https://www.ncsc.govt.nz/news/hpi-guidance).
While it is targeted at people who are well known, work in government or have senior business roles, it has value for everyone. I used their cyber-uplift action plan as part of presentation I'm giving on Password Managers, as the use of password managers is one recommendation that they provide.

I used the Stage One:Secure Accounts for my presentation. I'll probably refer back to this for other presentations in the future. We're all high profile in our own way.
